The Angelo Fund

The family of Angelo Bonadonna, Jr. has established this site to provide information to family and friends who wish to make charitable contributions to honor the memory of Angelo.

For those who would like to learn more about Angelo Bonadonna, Jr., please view the documentary on him produced in 2013 and 2021 by his sisters, Genevieve and Moira. 

We would like to support three causes connected with schools that were important in Angelo's life at different phases:

  1. The Angelo Bonadonna, Jr. Study Abroad Scholarship at Saint Xaiver University: This scholarship provides SXU students an opportunity to receive support for study abroad. A benefit to endow this scholarship was held May 7, 2011 at Gilhooley's Grande Saloon. Those wishing to support this scholarship fund may do so by visiting https://www.sxu.edu/about/offices/university-advancement/we-are-sxu-day/donations.aspx, selecting "Other" (under "Designations"), and typing "Angelo Bonadonna, Jr. Study Abroad Scholarship" in the "Other" section of the "Designation" box.
  2. The Saint Odilo School Science Lab: Saint Odilo School is raising funds to build a new science lab to be named The Angelo Bonadonna, Jr. Science Lab. To donate to this fund, please send a check to

  3. Sri Thammarat Suksa School in Thailand: Angelo loved his work as a teacher in the English Programme at Sri Thammarat Suksa School in Thailand. To make a donation to this school, please contact either either J.
